SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Coverage

Love U Studios ships nationwide within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our North Carolina location.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS and FedEx. The shipping method will be determined based on package size, weight, and your selected delivery preference at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Timeframes

•         USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

•         USPS Ground Advantage: 3-5 business days

•         FedEx Ground: 3-5 business days

•         FedEx Express: 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

Seasonal Product Availability

Body Butters are only available for shipping October through April. Due to the natural formulation of our artisan body butters, they are temperature-sensitive and may melt during warmer months. Orders placed outside of this window for body butter products will be canceled and refunded.
Our body butters are only availble for local pick up, delivery or special event orders.

RETURN POLICY

No Returns Accepted

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any products.

Because Love U Studios products are handcrafted wellness items intended for personal use, we cannot resell products after they have been shipped. This policy protects the integrity of our brand and ensures all customers receive fresh, untampered products.

This applies to all product categories including:

•         Teas and herbal blends

•         Therapeutic lollipops (Lollies)

•         Body butters and topical products

•         Herbal smoke blends

•         Gift sets and bundle

In-Person Event Exception

For purchases made at in-person events, markets, or pop-ups, exchanges may be permitted under the following conditions:

•         The exchange is requested the same day as purchase

•         The product is unopened and in original condition

•         The product has not left the event premises

•         Exchange is for a product of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference for higher-priced items)

REFUND POLICY

Damaged Products

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will issue a full refund or replacement for the affected item(s)—your choice.

To request a refund or replacement for a damaged product:

1.       Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2.      Provide your order number

3.      Include clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging

5.      Let us know if you prefer a refund or a replacement

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Replacements will be shipped within 1-3 business days of approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

•         Change of mind or buyer's remorse

•         Products that have been opened or used

•         Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

•         Orders not picked up or returned to sender

•         Products purchased during final sale promotions

•         Dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or personal preference

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Teas & Herbal Blends

•         Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

•         Keep sealed in original packaging or an airtight container

•         Best consumed within 6-12 months of purchase

•         Follow brewing instructions provided with each blend

Therapeutic Lollipops (Lollies)

•         Store at room temperature in a dry location

•         Keep in original wrapper until ready to use

•         Avoid exposure to humidity and heat

•         Best enjoyed within 6 months of purchase

Body Butters

•         Store in a cool, dry place (ideally below 75°F)

•         Keep lid tightly closed when not in use

•         Use clean, dry hands or a spatula to prevent contamination

•         If product melts during transit, refrigerate briefly to re-solidify (texture may vary slightly)

•         Best used within 12 months of purchase

Herbal Smoke Blends

•         Store in original packaging in a cool, dry place

•         Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight

•         Ensure proper ventilation when using

•         For adult use only (21+)
